We were recommended to go here from the local cork factory. It was quite busy since there was a large tour bus party there at the same time. Our waitress was helpful with English. The kebabs were great, especially the monkfish which was wrapped in bacon with prawns and served with fries . Only 7€ for a carafe of draft wine!

Great lunch place with excellent fish. The wait was a bit long and they don’t pay much attention to tourists, but the food made up for it.

Incredible food! The Portuguese steak was excellent, and I really liked the chocolate mousse. Everything came within a good time and the staff were friendly.

We had lunch here yesterday. It was incredibly busy with many locals. However, the service was quick and food excellent. My apple tart was particularly delicious. Highly recommended.

Great Portuguese restaurant. It is a large restaurant with plenty of seating but is very popular with the locals so reservations are highly encouraged. We had chicken, steak, and kebabs...all very tasty with plenty of sides. Very reasonably priced.

One of many visits . This evening was brilliant. Great food quick service. The manger was so friendly and had his first go at making Irish Coffee. Not bad for a first attempt. He promises to learn and get better. His grenadinha , shot was lovely. Enjoyed our evening thank youxx

Excellent. We have been their customer for many years when visiting the area. Food is quality Portuguese. Wine, simple choose Vine Casa. Service excellent. At weekends, book a table, particularly at lunchtime.

I have not been to Horta for a long time, and it seems to have had a face-lift. Good menu and very reasonable prices , pleasant staff .and great food .

Will definitely be back soon for steak on a slate. Wonderful. Restaurant has a great atmosphere and staff friendly. Toilets on the level, no stairs involved so a very positive outcome.
